What we collect

When you contact us, book, or place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and, for deliveries, your address. We do not collect anything else about you.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, fulfil your booking or order, and — if you signed up — to send you our newsletter. We never sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Use the form on our contact page.
